Processing & Shipping:

We aim to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, most customers receive their items within 3-5 days, depending on location. If your item has not arrived within two weeks of your order date, please contact us at alikelystoryco@gmail.com, and/or file a claim with USPS. Please note that we are not automatically alerted to delays in your shipment.

Incorrect Addresses:

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery address. Once your order has been shipped and is in the hands of USPS, we are unable to make any changes to the address.

Shipping Considerations:

Occasionally, and especially during the holiday seasons, UPS and USPS has been known to mark packages as delivered before the actual delivery has been made (typically 24-48hrs). If your order hasn't arrived within a couple of days after noted delivery, send us an email at alikelystoryco@gmail.com with your name & order number.
