Return and Exchange Policy

Our return policy allows for customers to make returns on unused, undamaged products in original packaging for in-store credit only. No cash refunds will be offered.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the incorrect case size was ordered. These costs will be deducted from the in-store credit balance once the item is returned to us. You may use the in-store credit to purchase a replacement or correct sized item.

To start a return, please email alikelystoryco@gmail.com with your name, order number, reason for return, and any photos of the item in question. 

Damaged Items

While Cases and our PopGrips are built to last, they are not indestructible, and should be treated with care! We have a 30 day window for customers to report any quality issues or damage from shipping. Please send an email to alikelystoryco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
